Community Activities
Members of the team from John Blenkiron & Sons in Richmond were invited to attend the Yorkshire in Bloom award ceremony in October 2022. The fantastic event took place in Tadcaster and was not only a demonstration of how beautiful the county is, but how incredible some of the local communities are.
Jackie Donaldson, Rebekah Taylor and James Blenkiron received the Gold Award on behalf of their funeral home for not only the beautiful display of flowers that were provided by Ravensworth Nurseries, but also supporting the Ukraine Appeal and bringing both the local Primary School and Nursing home together with the sunflower displays and competition.
