Michelle was caring and professional from the moment they collected mam from home and took care of her throughout the Christmas period until the day of the funeral In The new year .

Michelle got the balance of contact just right, knowing I’m usually responsible for organising everything she ensured I felt in comfortable with how things were progressing.
