For Random Acts of Kindness Day, Funeral Arrangers Katie and Joanna tried to think outside of the box when it came t recipients of small tokens of appreciation, people that may have been overlooked.
Joanna said: “The staff in our local Post Office were very touched, so too were the local Pet Shop and a local Delicatessen/Grocers.”
