After my wife died recently I contacted John Blenkiron funeral services at their Richmond office. From the very start they were superb in looking after all my requirements. Our mother Canon Rachel Stowe recommended we use these funeral directors for her own funeral after working with them for years professionally, and we can now see why! From the initial rapid response to her passing, to seeing us through an unusually complex and lengthy process - with two funeral events 180 miles apart - we experienced professionalism, consideration, helpfulness and attention to detail throughout. We can’t recommend them highly enough! Absolutely every individual request was accommodated so our relatives in very distant countries were able to watch the funeral with the ‘live stream’ service they have available, and James expertly managed an unfamiliar team at the remote interment service, putting in extra time checking out all aspects of the unfamiliar location prior to the event.
